Customer service and warranty are our top priority for Awandee brand. We offer warranty as below,
Time Periods: 
3-year time period begins on the date of shipment. Parts or Product replaced under Warranty does not extend the original Warranty.
Inspection: 
Awandee Home reserves the right to examine all failed Product components and determine, in its sole discretion, whether any Product components are defective and covered under this Warranty.
Claims Procedure: 
Claims under this Warranty must be made directly to Awandee Home. 
Customers are expect to offer evidences of defects: photos/videos, original order number, contact number and shipping addresses are needed. 
After receiving a return notification and shipping instructions, the product must be promptly returned by customers' expense to Awandee.
Exceptions to Warranty:
This Warranty does not cover removal, installation, or freight costs of Products. The freight cost of replacement or returns shall be borne by the customer.
